If you could tell someone why it’s important to be involved in the community in one sentence, what would you say? Community involvement is an opportunity to have an impact on a cause that you believe in.
Favorite thing about living/working in Waukesha County/southeast Wisconsin: We have the benefits of a large city but can still live in a small community. It’s the best of both worlds.

In your opinion, what makes a great leader? Innovation and vision with the ability to effectively communicate it. The ability to provide a clear understanding of the goal gives the team the confidence to execute and achieve it.
What drives you to succeed? Innovation
What is the most pressing issue facing our area and why? The shortage of qualified, technically skilled workers. As the technology industry in our area continues to expand it will become increasingly challenging to find individuals with the necessary skills to grow our business.
