The Waukesha County Business Alliance and the MKE Tech Hub Coalition are working together to address a critical need in the manufacturing sector: helping businesses evaluate and implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Through their partnership to promote Synapse—a new initiative from MKE Tech Hub Coalition—both organizations aim to equip mid-market manufacturers with the knowledge, strategies, and tools they need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven economy.
AI is transforming the manufacturing industry at an unprecedented pace, creating new opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation. Synapse is designed to accelerate AI adoption by helping mid-market manufacturers quickly identify where AI can add the most value and how to implement practical, scalable solutions. By providing executive education, strategic advisory services, proof-of-value pilots, and peer learning opportunities, Synapse helps businesses execute AI with confidence.

Through this collaboration, Alliance manufacturing members will have access to Synapse’s suite of services, and connections to valuable resources. The partnership will also include joint educational events, facilitated connections to Synapse offerings, and coordination across economic development efforts—ensuring manufacturers have the resources they need to succeed in this era of rapid technological advancement.
