Building for the Future
The Construction Alliance of Southeast Wisconsin serves as a platform for construction and skilled trades companies to share ideas, encourage innovation and target new talent. Like many other industries, construction is facing a workforce shortage that is projected to increase in the coming years. In a survey conducted in 2023 by the Alliance, 87% of construction/skilled trade companies indicated having difficulty attracting and/or retaining employees.
Construction Alliance highlights:
- Construction Executive Council – The Construction Executive Council is comprised of construction and skilled trades leaders who meet quarterly to set the strategic direction for the Construction Alliance.
- HR Roundtables – Give construction human resources professionals the opportunity to hear from guest experts, participate in facilitated roundtable discussions and share best practices.
