The Alliance is proud to announce the promotion of Robyn Ludtke to Vice President of Talent Development. Ludtke’s expanded role reflects her excellent work leading our workforce development strategy – a true best practice for our region and state.
While continuing to be the conduit between businesses and education institutions, Ludtke also assumes responsibility for Leadership Waukesha County, a nine-month leadership development program, and will assist the Alliance with developing regional leadership opportunities for 2020.
“Ludtke plays a major role in the County’s economic development work, implementing the County’s Workforce Development Strategy for businesses to develop, attract and retain talent,” said Suzanne Kelley, president and CEO of the Waukesha County Business Alliance. “The Alliance will continue building partnerships with businesses and education institutions to better promote career opportunities throughout the county.”
Previously, Robyn served as Director of Talent Development at the Waukesha County Business Alliance. Her prior roles include development manager for the United Performing Arts Fund, senior marketing coordinator for Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., and events and programs manager at the Alliance.
A Hartland native, Robyn serves as a Village of Hartland Trustee, recently retired District Board trustee to Waukesha County Technical College, President of Lake Country Youth Baseball Softball, Board member of the Waukesha County Technical College Foundation Board, Co-Chair of the Workplace Pillar for Waukesha County’s Heroin Task Force, an active volunteer with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Co- Chair of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council and member of the Drug Free Collation for Waukesha.
